Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Program Eligibility

  • Cap Limit: The Baladini 500 membership program is strictly capped at 500 active members worldwide.
  • Non-Transferable: Membership is bound to the registered account holder’s email address and identity. Privileges cannot be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned to third parties.
  • Personal Use Only: Member discounts are intended solely for personal purchases. Baladini reserves the right to cancel memberships used for unauthorized commercial resale or drop-shipping.

2. Lifetime Discount & Non-Stacking Policy

  • 25% Baseline Privilege: Active members are entitled to a 25% discount on all regular-priced, full-catalog Baladini handcrafted leather footwear and accessories.
  • Exclusion of Stacking: The 25% lifetime discount cannot be combined ("stacked") with promotional discount codes, holiday sales, clearance pricing, affiliate links, or gift-with-purchase offers.
  • Higher Discount Rate Guarantee: During public storewide sales or special promotional events where a discount higher than 25% is active (e.g., a 30% Black Friday sale), the system will automatically apply the higher percentage discount to your checkout total.

3. Early Access & New Arrivals

  • Notification: Early access privileges grant members advance notice and purchasing windows on new collection drops before public release.
  • Stock Availability: Early access guarantees the opportunity to purchase prior to general public release but does not guarantee stock availability for specific sizes or limited-production runs.

4. Custom Orders, Repairs & Accessories

  • Exclusions/Inclusions: The 25% discount applies to standard footwear and leather care lines. Made-to-measure, bespoke customization, or shoe repair services may be subject to separate pricing structures at Baladini's discretion.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Lifetime Warranty Policies

  • Returns & Exchanges: Products purchased using the 25% member discount remain eligible for standard returns and exchanges in accordance with Baladini's general Return Policy, provided shoes are unworn and in original packaging.
  • Craftsmanship Guarantee: Member purchases retain full coverage under Baladini’s standard quality and craftsmanship warranties.

6. Account Status & Program Modifications

  • Inactivity & Revocation: Baladini reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership status in cases of fraudulent activity, abusive return behaviors, or violation of brand terms.
  • Program Changes: Baladini reserves the right to amend or update operational program terms with 30 days’ written notice to active members via email.
